If an account is created using false information, pk22 reserves the right to close that account at any time and forfeit the associated balance. Each person may only hold one account — multiple accounts are strictly against pk22's policy.

Pk22 currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other approved mobile banking methods. It is essential to use the correct amount and reference number when making a deposit — incorrect details may delay transaction processing.

The minimum deposit at pk22 is ৳500 and the daily maximum is ৳50,000. Deposits are usually processed instantly, though banking delays may occasionally extend processing time to 15–30 minutes.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. pk22 reserves the right to place any withdrawal request on hold for additional verification as a security measure.

All pk22 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — typically 15–30x the bonus amount. Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete. Bonuses generally expire within 7–30 days.

Pk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is identified, the account may be closed.
